I'm on the master cleanse and I've noticed a significant difference with results of the SWF. On my first few MC's there would be an avalanche of flushing going on about an hour after I ingested the water & sea salt mixture. I would release a lot of water and waste - mostly mucusy stuff and the orange-yellow bile + water. Now I'm noticing after being raw for a year and doing another cleanse that there isn't really that much waste coming out both with the SWF and the senna tea. It's working and I'm flushing - just doesn't seem to be that much in there. I guess this is a good thing, but I was just curious to find out other cleansers' experiences with this, if any.
If you've done the MC a few times have you noticed any changes with the results of the SWF?
THANKS!

I'm cool. I was just curious. But thank you. :)
I do feel like I'm getting the point where I'm ready for a cleanse of sorts. I feel like food combining and the like are becoming much more important now too.
Funny, some people consider being vegan for a few weeks a cleanse! Oprah, for example! And, I guess it is...

Hi Eva, food combining is definately factoring in with me these days. I'm more sensitive than ever when I eat certain foods together. I notice an immediate reaction. Like eating sweet fruits and raw fats close together just doesn't sit well with my digestive system anymore. I used to have no problems as a veggie or raw foodie eating whatever I wanted, but no more. Once I finish cleansing this time around, I'm dedicated to taking the next steps my body is asking me to take. This rawfood lifestyle journey is ever changing and evolving. I'm looking forward! :D
Yeah, I was a doofus with food combining this morning. I don't know what I was thinking. Now, I am gassy!!! That's pretty rare these days. I might have to skip my Hungarian language class tonight out of respect for my classmates (seriously)!
