I think there should be a thread for everybody to share theIR most favorite recipes!

I start:

(CIRCA)
200g field salad
300g spinach or romana salad
150g (f.e. hand) pressed tomatos
50g raw cold pressed(only mechanical processed) olive oil
100ml coconut water
100g small cutted soft coconut flesh
150-200g soft avocado (cutted)

I mix that incredients with my hands very good - and when i eat it out of a giant bowl with my hands( = perfectly designed for)

i think that salad is a dream. I would like to eat it nonstop but i have to eat some sweet fruit. I love sweet fruits but that salad makes me forget about them. :D

U can use less amounts. The amountof incredients is a lunch for a tall man with strong muscles(or a man that likes to have strong muscles:D)

Here's one of my many favorites:

Boston lettuce (sub any soft green, like baby romaine or baby spinach)
chopped green scallions, dates, pecans, and sometimes a pear

Dressing; Blend 2 T. lemon juice, 1 T. honey, 1 small clove garlic, 1/4 t. sea salt, 3-4 T. olive oil.

Can't say it builds muscles, but it does satisfy a sweet tooth.

I ll try it tommorrow if i find a melon piece:). I ll get 6 pounds of spinach and sea salt. But i wont take dates i ve made a bad digestion experience with eating fresh and dried food.(i can only get dried dates)

From a salad like i did u get(i calculated) at least 20g of protein. I dont know if a young coconut got less protein i found only one data. I used an old one, that was definitly 6-7g/100g. I read in david wolfes book that the WHO recommends 38g a day. But i believe that this data is so high because cooked and flesh protein isnt 100% absorbable. I also believe that u can get a lot of protein from amino acids. But to me its not important. I am eating 2 lbs of dark green leafy veggies(one liter green juice a day and a big salad), that is 20g protein and i am eating 500g fatty fruit inclusive nuts and seeds = that is at least 15g and the rest i am getting from sweet fruits.

And all is converted into big muscles. I do very little workout(good recovery is more important) but i can nearly watch them growing. I am not loosing weight anymore 78kg at 183cm, if all my fat that i dont need is converted into muscles i am all right with that:D And it looks like its happening.

melon piece? Difference in language, maybe? :) The green scallions are just green onions, chives would also work, or a red onion. If no dates, try chopped dried apricots, or even raisins. It none of those work, that's okay, use a ripe pear or a sweet apple. Pecans are my favorite in this salad, but any nuts will work. Hope you enjoy it.
