I'm starting a juice fast tomorrow, but this time around I'd like to include some teas and herbs for cleansing. Anyone have a reliable resource for learning about what teas/herbs are beneficial for cleansing?
Not really off hand, but I do know that ginger and mint both seem to be good for digestion and are probably pretty cleansing.

Sorry, I don't have the reliable source your hoping to learn from, but I would like to share my favorite herb teas with you.

BIJA Deep Cleanse is my current favorite. The ingredients are cinnamon bark, burdock root, dandelion root, ginger root, licorice root, fennel seed, stinging nettle leaf, oatstraw herb, yellow dock root. From the little that I've read about it, those are all highly cleansing.
Have a fabulous fast. I would love to know how it works for you. :)
