Hi everyone,
I am on my second day of eating raw, and I'm very anxious to start feeling results! I was just wondering, on what day do you think you started noticing changes in how you felt?
Thanks,
Catrien

It's very personal. For a toxic individual like myself, I started feeling and seeing changes in 2-3 days. I've been raw over 4 months now. Still noticing changes. It's an ongoing process. Best raw wishes to you.

I too agree that it is personal. I have been 100% raw for the past 4 months and I do not believe I was "toxic", or too toxic before hand. I basically only needed to take cooked grains out of my diet and I was raw.

I have not felt anything really. Sometimes I have more energy, I've felt a lot of gas (LOL), I only lost about 3 lbs. and I truly believe this is because I was as healthy as possible on a SAD diet. my BIGGEST result, which is life changing, is the fact that I dont have digestive issues anymore! no more IBS, or diverticulitis. LOVIN IT!!!!!!!!!!

IMPORTANT - I learned that even though I have not yet recieved the amazing results that some people have, I AM SOOOOOOOOOO HEALTHY NOW! My skin is great, My hair is great. So its totally personal. I personally do not dwell on the results, I just spend my time thinking about how happy I am to be making the best possible choices for my body!!

Yeah, me, too. I wanted to lose LOTS of weight and it first it would depress me when someone would post that they lost 10 pounds in 10 days or something like that. I've averaged about a pound a week on the challenges. But at the end of the first challenge I realized I was beating myself up and not patting myself on the back as much as I should be about the things that were improving (most obviously, my allergies). It's not all about the belly. I've been a lot happier and it's been a lot easier for me to feel glad for other people when they experience success since I "let go."

I bet that you are feeling it right now? What about the extra energy? , lol.... Enjoy this journey because you don't need to wait for each day/week/month you will be stun of all the positive effect it does to you.

Some can go through detox but this is all good for our body is flushing out the bad stuff. This is a wonderful thing that you are doing for yourself eating raw. You deserve it and good for you for doing this.
