Okay, I know I have asked alot today, but I am just getting RAW :)
I have nuts soaking. I will leave them overnight. In Alissa's book she explains very well about almonds, but what about cashews? Do I leave them in the fridge in water also?
I also have sunflower seed soaking. What should I do with those in the morning?
Does anyone ever add salt or seasonings to their nuts, then dehydrate?

Thanks all!

Kristin

I have added Salt to Recipes with Nuts. Cashew don't usually need soaking, they are pretty soft already. Pour the water off the Sunflower seeds if you are going to sprout them and keep the rinsed often. Sunflowes don't need to be soaked too long. Hope this has been some help to you. Salt helps a LOT when you are making Nut Cheese, although nothing taste like cheese but CHEESE..............
