Hallo!

Its my 15th 100% raw day and i was in a hot springs today. One extraction at 100 degrees celsius, stayed in 5 minutes longer(above), 4 minutes cold shower, than another extraction at 100 degrees and after that i swam in a cold pool. I dived under water and didnt move. I relaxed and concentrate on my pulse. It was 100-120, at that speed i need very much oxygen so if that speed stays the same i wouldnt make more than 20 seconds and would have wheezed a lot after. I counted slowly. Within less than 30 seconds my pulse turned from circa 100-120 to circa 30. I was very relaxed. Bumm... ... Bumm ... ... Bumm:D and stayed at circa 30.
I stayed at least a minute under water although i didnt had much oxygen in my lungs and i used much of it at the beginning when i had a high pulse.
I also notice that i am able to warm up my hands or feet just by my thoughts and relaxation within.

After the diving i was really high. I laughed loud it. Surely my brain didnt get enough oxygen. But i did NOT wheezed at all, i was able to speak clearly. I was just very "high". After the hot springs i went to the forest and collected some sorrel and relaxed. I was relaxed like i was on valium(i know what its like to be on valium) - just with a better body feeling:D. It was so peaceful. When i went "home" again it was like i leave my real home to get to a sad place(city, "civilisation").

I love the hot springs, its so great, especially when you re 100%. After it i had a huge incredible wild green juice. Its a nice way to speed up the detox. After it all your problems are like washed away. Peaceful like a baby.

I also noticed that i am more sensible than a baby. Although i smoked 15 days ago i cant stand a minimum of passive smoke. Even if its so less that smoker dont notice at all that someone smoked, i taste it on my tongue, in my throath and i move towards fresh air. I was with my mum and my aunt in room, sat 3 meters away, a window was opened(it was cold outside!) 90 degrees. It was a big room, they smoked two cigarettes. I coughed circa 100 times. I couldnt stop coughing. That was 6 days after i quit smoking 10 cigarettes a day!!!!!!! That is what raw food does. :D and quitting smoking of course. But its so extremly easy to break the association to smoke in comparrison to the association to eat cooked.(without association NO desire ever again) But its also easy to break the cooked food association but to break the smoking association is a baby job in comparrison to that. But both is only possible(EASY!) with the right method. Its my 15th day and the association to smoke is so infrequent and short that its hardly mentonable. My association to eat cooked food is maybe 10 percent of the intensity that it was 15 days ago. But it doesnt matter if u have the right approach the association can be extreme and it can take months to break it 100% but you will make it. I guess in 2 weeks i will see my parents cooking a nice meal while i am making my green juice and i am not going to have ANY positive association when i see and smell it.(Whats not in the book of A.Carr: When you have these association(huge desires),try to remember how this association was created. Remember how you felt before you ate the food(f.e.depressed, sad, lucky) and what effect the food had. Also remember the feeling of beeing together with your loved ones when you ate it. When you discover how that "enjoyment" was possible. (you were detoxing, maybe felt depressed, excited, lonely and when you came together with a loved person and ate something that changed your emotional state into a better state. It was not the flavour, it was not the enjoyment. It was only that you didnt felt the way you wanted to feel(because of the food) and the food made you feel that way for a short time. To become aware of memories like that is a point that also helps to break the association - and the book dont mention that(because breaking the smoking association is so much easier that its enough when you remember how the the association was create when you read the book and maybe short time after it.

Funny . . . when I read the title I thought you were talking about "pulses" as in beans and peas.
I'm glad you had a great time at the hot springs! I've never been to a hot spring, but I do enjoy alternating hot/cold baths and showers.

Your hot springs experience sounds wonderful. It sounds like you have already detoxed a lot from the smoking since you are so sensitive.
