Okay, I did this test: http://www.adhdrelief.com/CandidaTest.html
that someone posted for me on my other topic. It is positive for candida.
What do I do now? Do I have to contact my "doctor". I don't even have a doctor. Geez. I love sweet fruit and have eaten it my whole life. Why is this happening?.. This is making me very sad. Any advice would be appreciated.

Read thread below. It will help you tons besides also searching here for "candida help" or such.

Avoid fruit with fat combo Rev posted besides others great wisdom at link below worth reading totally.

Doctors would give you drugs so why even invite that blessing to him. I would go natural way and look for my NAET post too. I avoid all doctors except the dentist unfortunately.

Rev’s post #16 great, but so is every ones. Thread starts with "The Itching OMG..."

Candida is ubiquitous. You may also be infested with one or multiple parasites. I believe fruit should always be eaten alone and before other foods are consumed for the day, which doesn't exclude consuming the occasional dessert. However, to eliminate candida, parasitic infections, diabetes, etc., I would limit the consumption of sweet fruits. If fruits are consumed, stick to the low glycemic ones such as berries.
