Hi, I'm doing the Ejuva Cleanse. You are supposed to take their pills first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I end up with the worse ever stomach ache and nausea.

Does anyone know how I can take it without getting a BELLYACHE and feeling PUKEY???? :(

I would love ideas. The cleanse is working wonderfully, except for that. :) All the ingredients are supposed to be raw, all natural. But doing it on an empty stomach does not agree. Even with juice inside it doesn't feel right.

Would it work just as well if I put something heavier inside like a smoothie? It's hard to work and feel puky.

Thanks for the ideas.

well, generally, when you cleanse the colon it releases toxins that can make you feel really nauseous. When I got my colonic I went in feeling fine, but then nauseous right before anything would flow out. I did a CleanseMore cleanse and felt nauseous right before eliminating, my boyfriend did too. It just goes hand in hand with cleansing.

No, I have not called them. The problem is when I take the pills My stomach hurts really bad then the nausea hits an hour or two later and lasts all day.

Herbs on an empty stomach make me soooo sick. I'm doing a paracleanse and my gosh I'm so nauseated that I can't eat anything. The cleanse has six tablets two times and day. That's 12 tabs a day on an empty stomach. OOOOH! Too much! I just take them w/food and it's much better. I don't burp them up with food. Check and see if you can take them on a full stomach.

Ever herb based cleanse I've ever read about says to take on an empty stomach and to domit on a day or two when you'll be home and near the commode.

So feeling ill sounds like it's part of it.

I'm look forward to my first parasite cleanse before the year is over.
