I'm out on location a lot on shoots and find the Larabars to be handy to have with me. Now my boyfriend has started eating them also.
I've found the coconut cream pie to be particularly good and moist (I figure that's the coconut oil) and would love to find a way of making them in batches and hopefully saving some money.
The ingredients are: dates, unsweetened coconut, almonds, cashews, extra virgin coconut oil.
I would be grateful for any feedback on a guesstimate for the measurements of ingredients to make a large batch (30 bars).
Also, can they be frozen or should they be refrigerated?
