Oh no. this cannot be. These cannot be raw. HOLY MACKRAL!
I originally thought that 60 plus dollars for shipping wasn’t that bad for 8 pints... Well, let me tell you friends, I would have paid hundreds to ship this stuff to me. This is by far not only the best RAW ice cream and cheese I’ve ever had but you would never even know this was raw. My wife has already eaten half the container of cheese and I’m hiding the 2nd one.

I’m doubling my order next time. This stuff is insane! You can’t even imagine this until you taste it. It really is like a fluffy, creamy bousin cheese.
If you haven’t already ordered this stuff I would highly recommend that you do. If any of you have trouble staying raw, this will be your answer. It is way more than worth it for the shipping cost.

I received my order as well today. I am ecstatic about these products. I also have never tasted this kind of raw food before. I will be ordering on a regular basis. The mocha brownie ice cream is to LIVE for and the cheeses are out of this world!

Call Grezzo @ 1.857.362.7288 to order them.
You can go to Alissa’s site and read about the flavors and what they offer here:

Yah,
I just ordered 4 cheeses and 2 ice creams. They had a special ice cream, blueberry lavender so I added one of those. They ship out on Wednesday. I’ll let you know how it is!

WOW, this stuff is mind boggling.

Alissa, when is the Grezzo cookbook coming out??????

I’ll be ordering every week until then but it would be amazing to be able to make this myself!:D

This is really a spectacular thing that Alissa has done.

The cheese is unlike any raw cheese I have ever tasted and I’ve tasted some pretty good ones at raw places. It truly is a fluffy, creamy cheese that you would eat at any cooked food restaurant or buy.

I put this out at a birthday party I had last week. It was my husband’s birthday and no one else there was raw. Most of these people are carnivores and I have been watching these people struggle with ill health and aging for many years now.

No one even had an inkling that these were anything but store bought, creamy boursin cheeses. A few people actually took a minute to come over and tell me that the cheeses were fantastic and asked where I got them, even though there was a LOT of cooked food there! I gave them Grezzo’s number, told them I special ordered them and told them it was a restaurant.

They will find out they are raw when they go to the site or call, but for now, they still don’t even know! :D

I served them with regular cracker and kept the raw ones for me in the kitchen.

The ice cream I just kept for myself. I can’t part with that.;)

I am convinced! Even though my husband says it's too expensive, I must put in an order after my cleanse is over!!

Violin,
Maybe an excuse to settle the holiday gift giving later on and do it now instead of fighting crowds, etc. I love to thrift store shop and treat myself often with exercise wear at bargain basement prices.

Hope you get to enjoy your Grezzo as everyone else has so far.

You won’t be disappointed!

When you break it down its really not that expensive for the shipping. These will last you quite a while.

I would suggest ordering 6 or 8 as it’s not that much more in shipping then for the minimum order of 4 and that way you will have it in your freezer when needed and it will last you a long time.

The shipping spread out over a month or two is not bad.

Enjoy! You’re going to love it.

Dane, I got a laugh out of what happened. I wonder if they will end up finding out about raw food because of this. LOL.

I hope so! I thought that also. When they see and taste what high quality raw food really is about, maybe they won’t think that I’m on some freaky diet anymore.

I think that’s why I love Alissa’s approach and what she creates because it really impacts the main stream. I wish she would open a restaurant in every state.

Imagine the impact THAT would have!

raw ice cream is the bomb, and the thing is no one really thinks about it- even raw foodies. When presented with raw ice cream, its like a revelation.

I just learned to make some pretty amazing raw ice cream at home , but I am definatly thinking of getting that cheese for the holidays! :D sounds so good- I really have not had a raw vegan cheese I like yet- its really tastes like dairy cheese?

I haven't had the cheeses yet but they sound delish.

I just looked at the web site though. It makes sense that they would taste like dairy cheese because they are cultered (fermented) for 5 days.

My bf makes cheeses like this and has been for years. If you fermented the nuts, you will have a very dairy tasting cheese.

My guess is that the Black Olive one tastes like Feta and the Haberarno tastes like Nacho Cheese. I wouldn't use the Mac nuts though - too expensive - I use pine nuts and cashews to make my nacho cheese.

The Herb one is like a french cheese spread.

The Curry one is like that Indian Cheese (forgot what its name is)

And the Miso is like a French Onion Dip.

I'm definitely giving myself permission to go Grezzo-cheese crazy around the holidays.
