GSE causes bloat/weight gain?

could it be? My clothes don't fit. My weight is way up. I am SO uncomfortable. I don't know *what* could be causing this. They only thing different is the GSE-but I thought it was supposed to RID you of bloat, etc...:confused::confused::confused:

Sometimes our bodies hold water while something is healing. I wouldn't worry too much about temporary weight gain unless there are other problems that accompany it that seem to be consistent with a food.

no problems-but holy crow am I uncomfortable. I put on my pjs at 1 pm cuz I needed the elastic-and I'm STILL not comfy. I really WANT to have faith, but I just feel like I am doing something wrong...I usu hover around 137-139, but this morning I was up to 142, almost 143.

I've never had that happen with GSE. How much are you doing and how?

I haven't ever had that happen with GSE, and in all my years selling supplements, never did I hear anything like that.
Doesn't mean that's not what's going on, of course!

Gosh, I just don't know what it is... That's a big difference. But it's just numbers on the scale. There's so much more that goes into our weight than just one piece of food (usually). i.e. eliminations, emotions, water weight, etc.

About the bloating/weight gain, If the GSE is making you detox your body might be holding onto a bit of water to dilute the poisons it's working to get rid of. Just keep drinking water to flush that stuff out!

For the "air"; fennel, ginger and mint tea/extract/essential oil are all helpful.

Now that you've got dead and decaying critters in your colon, maybe a colonic or an enema would help clean them out?
