I am bringing my Vita mix and possibly the dehydrator with me. I just need quick and easy breakfast recipes that will get us out the door quickly and satisfy my crew of four kids until lunch.
A good granola or power bar recipe would be great, as well as fruit parfaits or something similar. Any good make-ahead-and-freeze pancake, waffle, or muffin type recipes would also be great.
We already drink green smoothies so much that my kids are tired of them, but other suggestions would definitely be appreciated.

I don't know any offhand, but here's a great place to look--

I use raw sunflower seeds that I have soaked & dehydrated as a base for my rawnola. I add sun dried raisins, chopped dates, walnuts and then I add chopped apple or banana. You could add other dried fruit such as apricots. This is really good with almond milk.
Look at the ingredients for raw granola that you can order online. You probably have most of the ingredients in your pantry and can just put it together yourself and save $$.
Have fun in your RV. I am jealous!
This recipe reminds me of oatmeal
2 ripe bananas
1 apple
agave or honey
dash cinnamon
raisins, I soak mine for a few minutes (optional)
to make it a little more filling you can add almond butter
peel, core, cut apple and pulse in processor. add in bananas and other ingredients and blend to desired texture.
and of course my favorite green smoothie is baby spinach and peaches. YUM!

Salad; left over lasagna from the night before; strawberry crepes ~ make the wraps overnight... Wraps with whatever you'd put in a salad with collard green wrappers.

My favorite breakfast is frozen berries and nutmilk. Sooo.. if you make nutmilk.. keep making it! I tend to use raspberries, blueberries, sometimes strawberries, but tend to keep to things that give more of a sweet/tart sensation type party in my mouth. =)
AND it only takes about half a cup of berries and some nutmilk lately to fill me up.. even with the SAD stuff back in my diet.
Kit, I love berries with bananas and nut milk. Havent tried frozen ones but I bet its yumo!! I have some frozen blueberries so I will give it a try!! Thanks!
