Hi Everyone,
I'm still trying to tweak my raw menu so I wanted some thoughts as to what you think of this menu. I'm going for something convenient and balanced (i.e., not too many nuts, not too much fruit, etc.) and filling.
Breakfast: Lara bar (need something quick and filling) and raw veggie, like celery or cucumber or carrots
Snack: fruit smoothie with some greens thrown in (I'm still working on getting my smoothie more greens than fruit :D)
Lunch: Big salad with plenty of variety of veggies and avocado
Snack: Raw trail mix of dried fruit and nuts only
Dinner: Fruit salad with a dash of lemon juice for kick
Snack: raw homemade fudge made with carob, nuts, date, and honey
Any thoughts?
