I'm new to this forum. I don't currently eat raw but I'm thinking about making the change. I do a lot of cycling and some weight training mainly for my cycling. Is there anyone who can comment on how well you can survive whilst doing a lot of aerobic excercise whislt eating a raw diet. Is it easy to get sufficient carbohydrates in.

I do taekwondo daily, often teaching several classes and taking a couple classes for myself. I don't have problems with my endurance except for the troubles any 40+ year old would have.....:)
