Hi everyone - I am going into my fourth week of my new way of eating - some days I do have a cooked meal but feel i feel better ont he days I don't...

Three weeks gone and also 17.6 pounds and my knees are geting better from the arthritis - easier to get around...but today and yesterday - just the past few days I have been miserable because I want to eat somethin I should not - cravinsg I guess in the head because I am actually not hungry but want some SAD food - how did everyone push past this because I know it gets easier as the days go and I am still early in my journey....

I am waiting on my dehydrator to be delivered - should be tomorrow because I ordered it UPS air overnight - so that will help so I can make some good recipes....

But I need to push past this so I dont mess up - i am doing so good and this is usually when I mess any plan up - around 3 weeks - even my boss said we have to get you past the month - this is when I mess up and go off track and I refuse to do so....

Thanks for letting me babble - I am still going strong here - didnt mess it up :)

Sandy

I still feed SAD eaters so have temptation around me. But I've discovered it's not usually what other people are eating that I want. It's usually a sensation I want. Like creamy or crunchy. Or I want something that will pick me up (like coffee). Once I'm honest about the sensation I want, I can address it with some form of raw deliciousness.
