Thought it might be fun to see what everyone keeps at work instead of the the regular coffee cup. Here's mine:
spoon, fork, paring knife, apple corer, a pastry cutter (to mix up my guacalmole), a couple of china bowls & plates, 40-oz water bottle to fill and refill during the day.
At least olive oil, sometimes also some other type like seseme or avocado, apple cider vinegar, honey, agave, sea salt, dried kelp, either or a combination of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, brazil nuts, maybe some dates or dried fruit.
What's in your work pantry?

Oh, can I sit at your desk instead of mine?!? I've been lucky the last two months in that I've been off all by myself in another building (which allowed me to do the challenge, go through detox and spend a lot of time in the bathroom or on this board!!!) but soon I will be returning to my old desk in a very public place. We can have drinks out but aren't supposed to eat. So I'll be bringing smoothies! I do have a big lunch box that always has a whole bunch of stuff in it. Some days I eat all of it and some days I don't, but it keeps me from hitting the store.
I might hide some dulse and pumpkin seeds at my new desk, though. Just a few bites when no one is looking would be a good pick-me-up.

Oh, I forgot about keeping crackers here a lot too.
Reminds me, I need to make some this weekend.

Stick blender, colander, cutting board, paring knives, tomato knife, usual silverware + grapefruit spoon, box of qt size plastic bags, napkins, empty tea and oatmeal tins for storage
Pottery from Dancing Rabbit--Large and small plates, large and small straight-sided bowls, saucer for little snacks, tall and short mugs; bamboo salad bowl (serving bowl size, but it holds 1 salad for me!). I have Dancing Rabbit holders for my pens and business cards, too.
Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sea salt and black pepper in grinders, tahini, almond butter, gomasio with seaweed, raw honey, herb tea
Every few days I bring fruit for my fruit bowl (bananas, apples, oranges, etc.). I keep nuts and dried fruit in tins. There are baggies of frozen bananas in the freezer.
My pottery and fruit are on a bookshelf. The rest is tucked away in a lateral file drawer.

/jealous .. at work I share my desk with four other people.. all of which have geek toys so there is very little room left for me to put my bottle of water or my hands for the mouse and key board.. my iPod and my cell phone go in my lap.. lol
I carry trail mix with sunflower seeds, cashews and caroub chips. I'm actually thinking of making a crunch type bar using them and a little pet of honey after crushing the mess up and sticking them in the dehydrator to pull the H2O out of the honey. =)

I wanna go to work with Emma-Liza! I usually carry my food to/from work every day. I do keep a little paring knife in a drawer - just in case - and my 32 oz. SIGG water bottle goes everywhere with me.

I always think my co-workers must wonder what's up with me. On my desk (and in my drawers) are:
A paring knife
A coffee mug (used only for tea)
Young Living Thieves Oil (for disinfecting)
Bamboo utensils and chopsticks
Sprouted pumpkin seeds
Apple cider vinegar
Loose tea and assorted boxes of tea (not technically raw)
Black seed oil paste
I also take up quite a bit of space in the fridge and usually keep flax seed oil, lemon, avocados and whatever I prepare for lunch.
