Okay there are two caesar dressing recipes in her book and I was just wondering which one you made. There's the first one that comes from someone named Seth and then there's the second one that is from Cynthia Beaver. Could you let me know which one it is? THANKS!!!

My favorite is the one by Seth. I posted a picture in the recipe challenge thread. Its delicious!!

Yes, the one by Seth!! Mmmmm! When I first tried it, I thought there may have been a bit too much salt. But when I put it on my salad it was perfect!

Thanks JEN and ViolinCyndee....I was trying to decide which one to make the other day and didn't end up making either but know I'll know which one to try first. If you turn a couple pages further you'll see a dressing recipe called Ginger Vinegarette (kind of odd since it doesn't have any vinegar in it), anyway, that the dressing I ended up making and it's REALLY good also.
