would I want my sunflower seeds to be sprouted, then ground, added to the kraut, then dehydrated...
OR
would I be a better cracker if I had my sunflower seeds sprouted, dehydrated, ground, mixed to the kraut and then dehydrated again....

Oh yum! I love 'kraut!!!
If I were a cracker, I would want to be as DRY as possible.

Kraut. Got 2 gallons still left that needs to be transferred into smaller jars for refrigerator. Just finished making my millionith jar. All have been great with raving reviews to those special in my life.
Also, I have so many pickle. Probably finished making those. Even if Farmers Market still has their last bunch I think I'll quit here.
Our weather is cooling down so not sure if cukes will be around for much longer here in Denver/Boulder, Colorado.
