For those of you with pain associated by being overweight, and want to find a great way to workout so it does't jar your joints..(maybe some of you have fibromyalgia..?) Or like me, maybe you have heel pain when you walk or exercise,or maybe your just overly self conscious about working out infront of people!!! I know I am, (until I lose a little more weight, that is!!) Please see my posting: (Here's a great way to exercise!!Fun Fun!) Even though it costs some money,(which I show you how you can cut the cost way down) and takes up a little space,it's well worth it if you have any kind of problems associated with regular exercise (foot problems, joints, fibromyalgia,etc.) or are just bored and want a fun way to exercise!!! It's sure to encourage you to lose weight, and encourage you to stick with your healthy rawfood lifestyle!!! Hope it helps, I know it sure has helped me!!

Know what's fabulous? Swimming. Water is healing. I noticed it when my orthopedic surgeon threw me in the pool to recover from a knee injury. For the first time as an adult I began to swim laps (hard!) again and amazing things happened. I used to hurt all the time from weight lifting and running when I was training for events. After I added swimming, I stopped hurting. Water: great stuff.
