was wondering if anyone knew of a raw sore throat "remedy". i can't get ahold of any raw honey...before raw i would drink hot lemon and honey. this morning i drank some room temp. lemon water. does gargling with salt water count? if so, is regular salt okay as long as i don't swallow it? my sore throat isn't really bad or anything, but i can definitely feel it coming on--and i'm sure it's just detox. but, any suggestions are surely welcome!

1/2 cup water with one Tblspn Apple cider vinegar, honey, and lemon works well for me. You could try substituting Agave nectar instead of honey...I think that would work. Here is a link with some natural remedies for sore throats. They're not all raw, unfortunately, but there are some good raw ones.
I hope you feel better soon. I hate sore throats!:(

Bell pepper. The red ones work the best. Eat about a 1" piece every two hours. Of course you can have more if you want. If you can't get the red ones, then use orange or yellow. Green will work but you'll have to eat them more often.

Yes salt and water is great but use the celtic sea salt.
ZINC is good for the throat.
I will personally take garlic for anything even pneumonia. I will shopped raw garlic finely and just swallow it with water, if i have fresh lemon, i will squeeze a little bit of juice in my water. I never took antibiotic ever in my life and garlic is a very powerful natural antibiotic.
Silver also help to beat cold
