Don't worry..this post is alot smaller, just wanted to make sure all of you know unless you dont know..the reason its so much fun with the cardio jump board (trampoline) on the pilates machine, is because its not like a regular trampoline where you jump standing up,you get to do your aerobics laying on your back!!!! What could be a more easier and fun way to get your Aerobics in?!!! ;)

Umm, walking. Doesn't cost anything but the pair of shoes I'm wearing; get outside into nature; get to look at different things provided by nature; get to take different routes everyday; my feet get a lot of various motions if I go up into the hills from varying terrain; receive smiles and greetings from other hikers/walkers; doesn't take up space in my home. :)

Hi Revell!! I love to walk to, it's fun, and love to be outside...just hoping to give people with pain problems due to obesity a way to exercise without pain, and a fun and different way to exercise if one gets bored easily. I would love to walk more than I do but, have pain problems with my left heel and it acts up alot when I walk and creates alot of shooting pains up my leg....so that is why I exercise using the jump board, I can still do different movements without the harsh impact of the ground because it 'gives'!! I hope my idea can help others with pain problems such as I!! Thanks for your contribution!!

obese ?I love exercising in new ways - and whats more fun than being on your back AND getting a workout :p---> ;)
