For those of you who missed it and would like it, here is my Donut Hole recipe:
3 Cups shredded Coconut
1 C soaked dates (just enough water to cover dates; use the soak water in the recipe)
3 Tablespoons Almond Butter
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
2 tsp Vanilla
Pinch of Sea Salt
Mix in food processor. Use about 1 1/2 Tablespoons per donut hole. I dehydrate for about 4-6 hours or so and test. Dehydrate longer if desired.
