Liver cleanse

I’m interested in doing a liver cleanse using the recipe of olive oil, lemon, and water – but I wonder...

Would coconut oil be a good replacement for the olive oil?

Or is olive oil key to this recipe working? (and if so, why?)

From what I have read coconut oil will not work. It is a unique oil in that it does not require bile for digestion and therefore may not stimulate the bile release necessary for an effective liver cleanse. I would stick with the olive oil...

I just looked that up and found that since coconut oil has a high amount of medium chain fatty acids, the liver doesn't need to produce bile in order to metabolize it.

I'll use oilve oil.
