Cherie's Recipe she has posted on the oat page is real good. You can do different variations of it with different fruit, nuts & sweeteners. Chopped walnuts are good in oats.
Chocolate Almond Butter Oatmeal Cookies
2 cups raw rolled oats
1 cup almond butter
1 cup maple syrup mixed with 1/2 c plain cocoa
A touch of vanilla
Put everything into the food processor and whirl until you have a perfect cookie dough. Dehydrate - or eat just out of the container! You can sub agave or honey and maybe even dates for the maple syrup.

Peanut Butter Cookies
Oats, ground to flour
Almond butter
Agave
Bit of Water
Blend. Roll into balls, flatten.
From time to time I like to have oats for breakfast. I soak raw oats over night, then drain and rinse in the morning. I then put them in a blender, add some water and a little raw honey, then blend; not too long though. I blend them just enough to break apart the tough outer surface. Sometimes I sprinkle some cinnamon or raisins in it. I have tried the oats whole, but I prefer the blended version as it has the consistency I like. Oats are a little mucousy, so play around with it and see what you like.

I use the above recipie, but I add pnut butter extract, to help give it a better flavor. if you can't find it, just try using peanut oil to taste. It makes the cookies taste more pnut buttery.
