I LOVE turbo jam. It is sooooo much FUN! Yet such a challenging and intense workout. I stopped doing it for a while and have gained some weight. I'll be starting again this week. But yes...love it.. love it ..love it...LOL...

Do you any dvd? Which ones?

My teacher is fabulous. Actually all of them rawk to the max. One 14 year old even went to Camp they have, certified but too young to teach.

Instructor, one of them, lost 45 pounds in one year. She is skinny now. Didn't know her before. Great workout and so much fun, fun.

Next Sat. Turbo 2x: AM and PM. One is a training open to all and other one is a gathering of many clubs with several instructors in evening. Each 90 minutes so that is 180 minutes of Tubo. These people move like crazy. Today sadly we don't have a class for some strange reason, but next Sunday will have it besides a few during the week locally.
