Hello there,

Your post inspired me to go make it and I am eating it right now. The first time for some reason did not agree with my body, but this time I am having no problems-yes it is yummy.

Thanks for the heads up but was a treaser without a recipe. Here's the rest of the story: the recipe found at goneraw.com

Not sure if Alissa has one in her book or not but owners may check and let us know.

Raine,

Glad to share recipes where referencing books, author, website always. Give glory to where glory is due.

I know to always go for Alissa's stuff first, but a teaser makes me hunt to share with others here. I love the teasers but I want the whole "meal" vs. a bite. My thinking only.

vaclare79,

I am lucky my local Meijers carries them. I just purchased two today. I have seen them also at a health food store and people on this site have said you can get them from asian stores. If you find them look up the video on utube of how to open them because it can be a little hard if you have never done it before. So I hope you can find one somewhere near you-

I get white, young coconuts at Asian market. Usually I get a case and they hold up nicely in refrigerator, so worth the investment.

HFS here super expensive for same thing or even organic I would still go Asian way.
