You know, you were one of the first people to welcome me waaaaay back when I was a wide eyed newbie (ok, well, it was just last year, and I still feel just as new!), and seeing your progress makes me that much prouder of you, and keeps the hope alive for myself!

Ha-ha. No luckily I have always had a small waist even at my heaviest. A number we will not mention! :o I used to have to wear bigger sizes to cover my bigger bottom and thighs and the waist I would always have to take in by several inches. Even now, that's why I am not finished, the thighs and hips and behind are still not where I would like them to be yet. :(

It was really scary posting these photos :eek: but it makes me feel good if it offers any small bit of inspiration or hope.

As a lot of you know, I didn't start raw foods to lose weight (I only lost 9 bs in the first whole month!) but to regain my health after my diagnosis and health crisis. That is the real victory in my eyes. Raw foods and Alissa have been a total blessing and an answer to prayer for me.

Raw works.

I never would have guessed the wonderful life changes that a health crisis could bring through raw & prayer. I am so thankful. It gives me so such hope for the future. Mwah & hugs!!!
