Hey everyone,
Besides raw food books, what other books have inspired you to achieve your raw food eating and health goals?
The China Study
Healing with Whole Foods
Self Healing Colitis and Crohns
:) All of them are HIGHLY recommended, although the third would only be of use to you if you have an ulcer, IBD, colitis, Crohns, or something of the like.

I second this, I have read it & shared it with my friends. It is really inspiring to read about all the first hand accounts he gives.

The China Study was a biggie for me. I have hundreds of books on alternative healing, nutrition, etc., but that one is tops for me. The latest one I'm reading now is Susan Schenck's "The Live Food Factor - A Comprehensive Guide to the Ultimate Diet for Body, Mind, Spirit & Planet". It is an excellent resource and answers all questions I had about eating raw.
