Hi all. Where to start...age, weight, where I am with raw food? So many ways to define who we think we are.
I am in a contemplative state these days. I experienced a tragic loss this summer and it brought me full circle. This led me back to my spiritual practices and things started shifting soon after.
I went to the Raw Spirit Festival this weekend in Sedona and all around me were glowing people. It is hard to find the words to describe the impact of seeing so many beautiful, glowing people.
I want that glow...Z

Ah, I so agree with the others. Stick w/living the life you want (provided it's a bountiful, living life), loving those around you, and eating a living food diet and it WILL come.

Zeena -- I have to agree with this. Every day when I see people around me that are either in poor health or are glowing, I feel so lucky that I have the power to choose!!! You are lucky to have been touched by that.
I am warning you -- that you may deal with some "raw" emotions in thinking of the tragedy you mentioned. I and many others find they feel their emotions more fully (but in a healthy way) -- including sadness, happiness and everything in between. You are in for a ride, but a really fun and joyful one!

Hey Eva,
thanks for the extra "o" :)
Even us, the heavenly rawies, can sometimes make mistakes (ha ha) ;)
How right you are! That part with the emotions did really scare me at the beginning.......on the other side, the fun part of life becomes MORE fun, so it IS worth it after all.
Take care,
Eva
