Hi Starfire,
You mentioned in one of your posts using Cascara Sagrada for my hubby instead of the SWF. He has since stopped the MC (he made it 3 days- which I was very proud of him for!), but really wants to keep the eliminations coming. I bought some Cascara Sagrada at the hfs today. It says to not use more than a week or it could be habit-forming- but there are no other ingredients in it except the bark- and to take 1-2 capsules before bed....
I'm just wondering if you've ever taken it when you aren't on the MC and if you have any suggestions as to how often, when, how long etc. he should take it? Since he has been eating again, he said his bowels seem much more efficient, but he still feels like he needs a little help and the lax tea isn't strong enough for him.
