a cool pack (not cold just cool) resting on your eyes 10 min off and on, will bring down swelling. You can also use cukes, lay them on your eyes like they do in Spas. Arnica poultice ( though for your eyes I'd put a think cloth between you skin and the poultice to not irritate the delicate tissues)
Tea bags (early Grey preferred for some reason) brewed and cooled laid directly on the eyes should fix you up! Good luck!

Greens, cucumbers, green smoothies daily, aloe vera oil (internal), castor oil (external), ginger root, eat foods which contain a large amount of Vitamin C. Oranges, lemons, limes & grapefruit are wonderful. Just in case you don't know this, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and plums are especially good for healing of bruises.
I know there are other foods too but they're not coming to mind. I'm sure other folks who post here will provide more remedies & foods.
I recommend a lot of juicing for you too as you heal.
Best wishes.
Edit: And don't forget carrots or foods high in Vitamin A for your eyes. Mangoes, spinach and cantaloupe have a lot of Vitamin A too.
Drink plenty of water. :)

Also arnica montana. Excellent. Boiron makes a cream that a lot of dermatologists use. I have used it for bruising on my legs this week from moving furniture and it really, really helps.
A product called Arnicare by Boiron.

I second/third the arnica, both internally (homeopathic) and externally in the cream veganforlife recommended. We use both at our house and they are very effective.
A warning about the tea bag!!! -----> Be careful not to use something spicy if you do! I used to get eye infections as a kid. I just could not remember to do the weekly cleaning thing with my contact lenses and would forget to take them out. Ack. But, I would sleep with a tea bag to pull out the infection, and it worked.
Otherwise, you want your body to heal -- best things for healing = greens, sleep, relaxation, peace. So take care of yourself emotionally right now too. Lots of other good ideas in this thread. I hope you have great luck with your "new" eyes. ;)
