The next film is being produced that continues the concepts of The Secret. Same Director and many of the same voices and faces you saw in the last film. If you enjoyed the Secret you will enjoy The Moses Code.
Here is the trailer: http://www.themosescode.com/index.php?p=Trailer
Yeah, it's dramatic, ;) It's really about a making a personal Hero's Journey of your life and manifesting your potential.
If you would like to host a screening to share the film or have a fundraiser, here is the link for inquiry.

Thanks for posting this! That's always been my thing about the Secret. I saw it more as a tool and step for fulfilling my life's purpose, not about acquiring a private jet!:p

Shine72 -- nothing wrong with having your own personal G5. It's just the cost of the bloody fuel to fly it!
I saw Moses Code about 4 months ago - my lasting memory of it's message was the need for good punctuation! The difference a comma makes..... "I am that, I am."

I was not overly impressed with the movie “The Secret” and didn’t watch it entirely.
I think it mixes up the difference between success and happiness. I believe the wishing for something will bring you closed to it and open avenues to achieving success. But what I saw of this film focused very much on material wealth and interviewed people who very wealthy and successful.
For me wealth and career success in not happiness, just because I own a Bucatti or something similar won’t make me happy because you will always be looking for something better or a newer version. I do think being positive and achieving your potential is good but happiness is all about accepting yourself as you are.

But this is because they made it into a movie and had to find what would get the attention of most people in our society...and in our money hungry society, they knew that this would appeal.
I do see where you're coming from, but they did this to gain popularity in my opinion, and the concept goes so far beyond money.
It's all about how your thoughts create your world.
These are actual laws in science. For every single thought you have, there is a physical or emotional response in your body.
That's what the Secret is really about.

If this is how you feel and I agree it did lean to the material a bit...you will enjoy the Moses Code. It addresses exactly what you speak of. Some people decided to make another film and got the same voices together to talk more about it...rather than a "cosmic cash machine" that some interpreted the Secret to mean...it focuses more on self worth and inner happiness. It delves into a deeper meaning of the Secret. (which is not really a secret to many)
I thought the Secret was movie industry dramatic at the beginning, but it did speak to the the market it was trying to speak to and not preaching to the choir/you. I thought the voices that shared their wisdom were great! If it cracked open a few minds/souls and shifted some paradigms...it was worth it to put up with the hype that followed the Oprah show. But it made it to the Oprah show! Doesn't that speak to how minds and souls are shifting? How they are curious now? How they are learning they are worthy to receive? I think that's super! One has to relate to where people are coming from. I love Pema Chodron and the Thai monks I know...but when they talk, my Joe cubicle mates who are looking for some meaning in life, won't listen to that...it's not their cultural norm. They will watch these films though. :) It's entertainment and it plants seeds of interest.

I'm not saying the message is wrong but something does not sit well with me about how or why it’s presented. If it’s aimed at a market where people are interested in material wealth surly it’s supporting this action. If its market audience uses it to gain vast wealth somewhere someone suffers. The production also looks so polished I cant help feeling someone is getting very wealthy from it or are the proceeds going to charity?
Am I the wrong with these feeling?

The original film production had political and financial issues I can't get into here...and the new movie wants to remedy this and do things differently. It excludes the problem entity and set the concepts right. You picked up on all of that...
I still think if it opens minds it did it's job regardless....and opens the way for more films of this nature.
The ELEVATE film festival is also trying to do the same. I will be attending in October. Filmakers get together and make films in a week, to elevate conciousness and positivity. The idea was concieved after 9/11. Here's the link: http://elevateexperience.com/

Ok Apasaraw
I will take your opinion on board and if the Moses code crosses my path I will view it with an open mind.

Strange discussion. As far as I am concerned, the film was made for one reason only: to make money for the persons involved, and it succeeded. It's not like the concenpt in it is new.
"Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it. Begin it now." Johann Wolfgang von Goethe (1749-1832)
I have a big problem with anybody who uses such "wisdoms" to enrich themselves under the guise of helping people.
