Hello everyone,

I have been lurking here for a while and have finally decided to introduce myself! I am a 22 year old woman living in Chester County, PA. I have been raw for about a year now, and in the past month closer to 100% raw. My 2 dogs and 1 cat are raw also. I am working on my master's degree in forensic psychology. I hope to work with victims of sexual abuse and incorporate raw foods into the healing process. I cannot express to you how inspiring you all are! :D

Hey there! Welcome! You'll learn so much here!!!! Do you have Alissa's book and DVDs? If not? I'd strongly suggest getting them. They are THE best out there. Trust me. I know! ;)

Veganforlife is right, they are the best.....they're especially good to show people who are just starting out....some books eventhough they are good can come across as over the edge but Alissa's is really down to earth and normal. Welcome!!!
