Is anybody taking this or any probiotics of some sort?

I keep a bottle of probiotics in the fridge. I used them when I was feeling my system was stripped. Gave them to my husband when he was on antibiotics.

I use a green drink powder almost everyday. It has L.Acidophilus and a blend of other probiotics in it.

Alissa's Green Food Powder has the most extensive list of probiotics and enzymes that I've seen in one place. Next time, I'll buy her's.
