Does anyone use this?
I read that David Wolfe recommends it, I was just wondering what the taste was like or what it's supposed to do for you...
Thanks!

Part of the label reads: "This totally unique low glycemic super food is rich in naturally occurring enzymes, fiber and protein providing the ultimate slow burning carbohydrate and steady supply of energy to the body. Perfect for athletes, Body builders, and health enthusiasts who need a constant energy source for long workouts. The word Gladiator means "men who eat barley".

"Sun Warrior Activated Barley is loaded with beta-glucan (up to 94%) which has great immune system boosting capabilities, aids in lowering cholesterol, and stabilizes blood sugar for diabetics and is perfect complement to Sun Warrior Protein."

There is a website for more information on it: http://store.sunwarrior.com/Articles.asp?ID=152

My husband is using this and the protein as well. He seems to like them both. He is not fussy on the taste of something as long as he knows it's good for him. So, I can't really give you his opinion on the taste of it. I've mixed some of it in with my concoction of stuff and had no problem. In my opinion it has a nice appealing smell to it.
