It's a specialized nut butter maker: http://www.lighterside.com/product/67271.do?WT.srch=1&code=QLP&AID=10388556&PID=1830967#
I wonder if it heats the nuts incidently or anything?
Wow, looks cool -- it does say that it comes out warm. This may be good to ask the company about.

Can't find any reviews anywhere, seems to be a new item.
It's made by the Helmon Group HERE (http://helmangroup.com/nostalgia/default.asp?c=7&p=371).
It's being carried by several large retailers like Amazon HERE (http://www.amazon.com/Helman-Group-PBM-200-Peanut-Machine/dp/B001CJMAV0/ref=pd_sxp_f_pt) and Pennys HERE (http://www.jcpenney.com/jcp/X6.aspx?DeptID=58071&CatID=58071&Grptyp=PRD&ItemId=1532545)
I'm not much of an early adopter - someone buy it and let us know.

I'm sure it does, just by the Friction. Of course you could Freeze the Nuts First. Thanks for Sharing.
