I have an ingenious trick I must share. I have been getting a little sick of salads for lunch every day, so I figured I would make other stuff (nori rolls, pasta, grawnola, etc..) for lunch and supplement with a green juice. I make it it in the vitamix, strain (in a container for lunchtime) then put the pulp back in for my morning green smoothie! No waste! Surprisingly the green juice makes any meal really filling (I have a very large appetite)!
