Flax seeds, are they all "raw"?

OK SO, whats the deal on flax seeds? are they all raw? I have yet to find flax seeds labeled "Raw"...

Seeds are generally raw, unless it says they are not as in "roasted sunflower seeds". Seeds have to be raw to sprout. People don't usually sprout their flax seeds, but you could if you wanted to.

HAH! thanks! I didn't know that all seeds where raw unless it says that they are roasted! Learn something new every day!
