Hello everyone!

well, i m back after eating sad food for a while. I decided i want to feel good again in my body, i want to feel nice again and my stomack has to desapire, because i don t like it how it looks:(
I have been on the fast couple of times, but the last time i had my longest fast which lasted for over 20 days. And at the end i went to colonic, which made my body clean and beautiful. I felt soooo good i can t even describe :)

well now i decided to fast over 30 or 40 days, and i m sure i will make it hapen:D

In the begining of november im going to be 29 years old, and i want to start living more halthy and don t want to eat sad food anymore, the main point is i have to stop eating so much chocolade and cookies;)

i want to excersise more than now, i love to run so that is good for me, but i want to do it much more than now. I will send you some of my pictures over my fast to see resalts.

p.s. i apologize for my mistakes im only slovenian girl who liks to learn and write english.

Hope that you will be with me on my journey

It is a shame that you put all of that effort in to a long fast and then went back to eating sad food.
Perhaps you should take a more gradual but long term approach. Make small improvements every week and allow the new habit to settle and fit in before you move on to the next step.
I would think that going from eating chocolate and cookies to a 30 day fast would lead to a severe detox.
Also, heading in to winter is not the best time to fast as it is the time when your body is programed to store more fat because of the historic shortage of food looming. Heading in to the summer is the best time for a long fast.
Small successes that last are better than big ones that do not.

Sport, thank you for your opinion. It is not like i went to fast without preparing. Anywhay im doing the fast becouse it is the right time for me, and we do not have cold weather now. But yes i agree with you, it is best to do little thinks step by step i realize that.
If it gets cold for me i will end it, but now i feel that my body need this fast:)

have a nice day

Hi Inny,
I'm glad you are here. I've been juice fasting for the last 13 days and am feeling great. I will continue and see where it takes me.
I remember seeing reports on Deutsche Welle on Slovenia, before it became a member of the EU. It's a beautiful country from what I could tell from the videos. It's definitely one of the places i want to visit in the future.
Good luck with your fast and keep us posted how it's going. Come over and join us on the "Current Fasters Unite" thread that Aleesha has started.:)

oh my lordie, you're on day 3 already?!! good job! keep us updated, when you can. :)

i've done that, too. fasted, felt wonderful AND yet went back to SAD. i fasted on water for 14 days. i think it's better to have fasted, know how it felt, fall back on SAD than to not have done it at all though.

it's kind of like walking and falling on your toosh. get your toosh back up, haha. :p

congrats on your 3rd day!!! i personally love extended fasts... great way to cleanse your body, mind and spirit!

i fast whenever my body asks me to. doesn't matter what season it is after all, in this day and age we can get fresh fruit and veggies year round!

i'm on day... (off to figure it out) day 52. i'm counting weeks instead of days so it takes me a bit to figure out what day i'm on LOL i'm at 7.5 weeks right now of my 20 week fast.

(((hugs))) to you!

Aleesha i read your posts and blog, you are amaizing. But how you feel now on day 52? this is my goal :) 50 days of fast and hope to be there. But when i was fasting 20 days it was so easy and good, i was just bored to do my cleaning of intestine every day so that was my reason to broke it. Hope to be more patience this time:D
