Hi everybody,
I went 100% raw last week (well maybe it is 99%). So far I really enjoy it but from my past raw experiences I will need all your help to stay on it. I have about 60# to loose.I have a lot of questions and hope to benefit from your experiences and share mine.:)

Hello there!
Do you have Alissa's book and DVDs? I strongly suggest getting them. The BEST raw tool out there!
Good luck with this journey!

Welcome. This is a good place to come for support. Check out all of the various categories in the RFT. I really like green smoothies (GS). This is easy to do and keeps me feeling full.

It is uaually greens either made sweet with fruit or savory and blended in the blender with enough water to make it blend easy.
My current fav is
Frozen Mango (about 1/2 - 3/4 c)
1/2 cucumber
large handful of baby spinach
half a cup or so of water (this depends on your blender and how you like your smoothies.
Note if I am not using frozen fruit, I usually throw in some ice as it is better nice and cold.
I've made some savory ones that are sort of like gaspacho, tomotos, cukes and spinach with some garlic or onion for seasoning. I haven't really perfected that recipe.
here is a thread with lots of recipes:
