Can someone share any recipes that you can direct me to try that are satisfying and delish.
I have a dehydrator, food processor, juicer, normal blender (not VitaMixa) and Alissa's book.
Thanks.

Green Smoothies - Any fruits you like, greens, water. I like to use some bananas, some other tropical fruits or some berries in season, water, and a couple of handfuls of baby spinach. I also try to remember to put in some ground flax seeds and ground sunflower seeds (1T each, ground in a coffee grinder). It's my breakfast that keeps me all morning.
Another favorite of mine is zucchini pasta with marinara or pesto. Check the recipe section, it's in there.

Wilted Spinach Salad
Take about 2 large handfuls of spinach
1 clove garlic (crushed)
Aprox 2-3 Tb. Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
Sea Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
1/2 Tomato cut into wedges
Put your spinach in a large bowl. Combine garlic, EVOO, Salt, Pepper and drizzle over spinach. Toss so that the leaves are lightly coated. Put your tomato wedges on top and put the whole thing in the dehydrator for about 1.5 hrs. Toss, enjoy.
My kids even like this. Oh, also Alissa's Blueberry pie is super easy and WONDERFUL.
Blessings,
Heather

Sliced bananas topped with chopped walnuts and chocolate sauce (cacao, agave, coconut oil, and if you want, melted cacao butter too). :D

Oh YUM ... Shine, your recipe reminded me of the following one ...
One apple chopped, top with chopped dates, chopped walnuts (I even like to grind mine in my grinder) then drizzle with coconut oil mixed with honey. MMMmmm!

Walnut Jalapeno Burgers (http://www.rawfreedomcommunity.info/forum/showthread.php?t=3467&highlight=walnut+jalapeno+burger)!
You can just eat this as-is without making into burgers. I add a few extra sundried tomato for chewiness. Some people dehydrate, but I like them better not.
A caution--as written, it is very salty! I use 1/2 of the salt and Nama Shoyu (not Braggs) and skip the "hamburger seasonings/substitute" altogether.
mihatay--I can't wait to make your wilted spinach salad!

I always half the salt and Braggs too. I made it as the recipe calls for it ONE time - WAY salty.

Totally agree! (Ditto the advice on reducing the saltiness.)
I also love "Spicy Walnut Taco Meat" http://goneraw.com/recipes/26-Spicy-Walnut-Taco-Meat
and maybe some "Rich Cheddar Cheese Sauce"
http://www.goneraw.com/recipes/281-Rich-Cheddar-Sauce
wrapped up in a romaine leaf with guacamole and salsa.
That's a lot of different little recipes to make, but they're all easy, can all be done in a food processor, and will keep for several days.
I have been eating these taco wraps for like 3 days now. I could eat them all the time, they're so delicious!
Also there is a recipe somewhere on RFT for "tuna" which is delicious in nori rolls. I roll it up with carrots, avocado, spinach, sprouts, and a splash of nama shoyu or Bragg's or whatever. That's another thing I could eat every day and never get tired of. Y U M!

Straight from the Tree, the Vine. Eat it NATURAL........
From Alissa's book the guacamole stuffed portobellas, collard rolls, mock salmon pate, blueberry pie, date nut torte, fudge balls, mudslide are very easy to make.
