Hi. I often make juice but do not have a clue what to do with the pulp i.e. carrot, spinach, apple etc. Has anyone added it to flax crackers or maybe adding spinach pulp to the onion bread??? I am afraid to try it in fear I ruin a whole batch of something. Also how long does the pulp keep in the refrigerator or would it make more sense to put it in the freezer until I have enough for a recipe?

I have never been good at freelancing on a recipe so any help would be great.

I add pulp to my flax crackers all of the time. I have also read threads that suggest using fruit pulp for sweet crackers. I use veggie pulp to make savory crackers. I use about 50% pulp. I also came across a carrot patty recipe that uses carrot pulp. I haven't tried it yet, but when I do I will post in the recipe section.

I put it in my dogs' food.

Same here (add pulp to crackers)... We also make all sorts of breads with it as well as adding it to soups, etc.

I'll only leave leftover pulp in the fridge for a day or two max. You can certainly freeze it until you are ready to use it, no prob.
