Vanilla Extract Minus the Alcohol

I have not come across one without the alcohol in it, even the organic one has some in it.

Which one is everybody using that is in a raw form?

Have you seen the thread titled "cheap vanilla beans". Lots of info there about beans and a link to an organic vanilla bean store. Can get the beans and make your own extract. I prefer to use beans, but sometimes I use a store bought extract for convenience.

About liquid vanilla extracts available in stores...I use a product from Frontier called Fair Trade vanilla flavor Alcohol-Free. The flavor is extracted from the beans in a glycerin and water base. Don't know it it's raw. I don't use enough of it to be concerned about it. I've seen in quite a few stores around here.
