Greetings friends from all around!

My name is Pierre Durrani, and I live in Järna south of Stockholm in Sweden. I currently work at an anthroposophical home for disabled people, and I am also just starting up my own buisness.

I am happily married since 7 years with Maria and have a 5 year young son named Alvin. My main intrests is personal development, NLP, EFT, religion/spirituality, survival skills and outdoor living. I love reading and I currently read: Eckhart Tolle, David Wolfe , Rudolf Steiner, and some fantasy novels.

I've been eating (very close to) ~100% raw since the middle of august, and feel good about it. My lifecompanion and wife also eats raw, but as for our son he eats close to a paleo-diet. We have eaten paleo-diet for four years. Earlier in life Maria was a vegan for 5 years and as such also interested in raw food, but only tried it for a week. Now it feels great to do it together. :)

When writing this I'm in a bit of a mood-swing feeling a bit - or acually very - low. This is the 22nd day of Raw. Last week I felt more energy and bliss than ever before in my lite though; I really had my best days ever... Almost a spiritual and physical high of some wonderful kind. :) I hope those blissfull states comes back. ;)

Here is my blog (in swedish) about my raw food experiment but also about what happens within me.

All the best!

Your brother on the sunny path towards inner and outer excellence,

Pierre Durrani

Hello Pierre and welcome. Thank you for sharing your experience with life and raw foods. It's very interesting to me as I'm also on a personal development course in terms of being of service to others as well. I believe being 100% raw has helped me with this expansion and self-growth a thousand fold. I wish you and your loved ones much success and it sounds like you're just experiencing detox. I'm personally going through the blues right now myself and I know it's detox.

Be well and look forward to hearing your thoughts on this forum.
