Im 18 and have been 100% raw for a year and a half. I was just wondering if anyone suggests I take vitamins or supplements I feel 100 times better on raw food, I just want to make sure I'm getting everything I need being so young. Thank you

Congrats on being 100% for a year and a half that's great!:) I definitely recommend taking B12 in the form of methylcobalamin. (better safe than sorry) I also take selenium, folic acid and iron. An overall B vitamin supplement might be beneficial as well if you feel you need it. Hope that helped.:)

I would recommend vitamin B12 pills once a week. Unless you are eating local, organic produce with a bit of dirt still on it. Then you don't need the B12 pills. If you decide to take vitamin B12, get methylcobalamin, not cyanocobalamin.
Supplements are really unnecessary. How do we even know that those supplements provide what we need? Do you trust some factory in China making supplement pills to provide your nutrition, or do you trust mother nature?
(this is just my experience and opinion. if you feel best on supplements, then by all means continue)
