Ok so Grezzo has such amazing food I dont even know where to begin. lol. If anyone has been there then you understand how awsome it is. However I must admit it is sooo good that i am so puzzled at how good her recipes come out to be. Like I die for the tomatoe raviolies with the mushroom cheese inside OMG. well so if anyone has any ideas how to make anything off the grezzo menu it would be awesome to post it. lol or email it to me at Jessica65@live.com. lol Thanks again:)

Yes, there will be a recipe book! I’m working with a literary agent now.

The recipes are amazing aren’t they! Leah makes the most amazing cheese and the ice creams are killer!!!! We are figuring out now how to ship them. They just sent me some in Ca. It was a cashew scallion cheese and a macadamia boursin cheese. These cheeses tasted just like thick, whipped cheese.

I’m really pretty strict about the food in the restaurant… no maple syrup, no nutritional yeast, no iffy stuff. Leah is a trained chef so we are coming up with a lot of things that no one has done. It’s her technique really. The cheese is fermented so takes a few days to make. She makes meringues now that are aerated with an electric whip but there really are basic ingredients in them, its just the technique she uses.

And… I hate to say that I cannot give these recipes out, I know I know! But I’m already seeing that people are imitating a lot of them, like the salmon steak.. We need to leave some stuff for the book!:p

I’ll keep you posted on that while it is progressing.

Pictures, we love pictures especially if we can't get to Grezzo. We can at least dream big and inhale through our eyes.

Thanks for sharing and so glad the restaurant is doing so well. Why not bring it to Denver or Boulder, CO? Plans to expand outside your area? There is raw restaurant in Boulder being considered, but still not Grezzo. Thanks for sharing. This site continues to thrive well. (OT: You may heard I was having problems accessing site sometimes, signing in issues, but now I'm back on a roll doing nothing but posting.)
