I just wanted to say I finally reached my goal of getting to 160 lbs (4 weeks late, I wanted to reach it by July 31st but for nearly 2 months I was lacking protein which slowed my growth, my weight started going up again once I increase my protein intake by eating walnuts instead of macadamias).
I now have a new goal of getting to 175, that will be 15 lbs to gain rather than 30 like last time.
