Are you referring to the entire "sandwich cookie" or just the cookies or just the cream filling?

The cream filling isn't waste - it's a low grade glue and I would imagine that McGyver could figure out a way to use it.

Funny!! I just finished the first day of the MS 150 Bike ride---75 hilly -enough miles. I feel darned good for an old woman! And they had wonderfuol rest stops, all fully stocked with bananas, orange sections, grapes, and raisins. I left the Gu, cookies, sno-cones, cookies, and pb & jelly sandwiches fro others. 'Great day!

Raene - I think that link is fantastic. From the comments I've scanned through, many are taking up the mantle of proclaiming what eating healthier has done for their life and general well being.
