Some may be reading about my abundance of peaches I have picked from customer's trees and now "back" for another round later today with plums to gather as well. He's got lots too. Wondering if you ican suggest a peach cracker or bread where I can use some of these peaches, but use vegetables in the base too? Otherwise, we are talking high sugar as my wraps are proving to be right now. I have a "wrap" thread going where you can post your wrap suggestions, but here talking crackers or bread using peaches.

I was wondering how zucchini and peaches would be in either bread or cracker? What else? Flax or chia?

Thanks for suggestions. More than one head is a great thing.

Why not freeze them for smoothies in winter and spring when there is not much fruit to be had?

My problem with freezing for too long, or maybe too short, is that ice comes on the food items.

I do love using glass jars when possible however after dehydrated. Thanks.

Right now seeing if my dehydrated fruit "roll ups" will be able to be blended for ice cream in blender.
