Protein Myth Video...Seen it?

I know it shouldn't surprise me, but so many raw foodists are still into this protein myth.
What's everyone's take on this video?

I've seen that before. He's right - protein does not beget protein....amino acids do.

Read Alissa's comment here about proteins (http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?t=3296)and body builders. Her example using the chicken breast is excellent.
